Accessibility

Birmingham Jewellery Biennial is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and accessible experience for all audiences, artists, participants and partners.

As a city-wide festival taking place across multiple venues, we will work closely with our partners to identify and communicate accessibility information for each location, event and activity. We recognise that access requirements vary, and we are committed to providing clear information to help visitors plan their visit with confidence.

Planning Your Visit

When the programme launches, we will signpost to our partner venues for their accessibility information. We will encourage venues to include details such as step-free access, accessible toilets, hearing loops, seating, parking, public transport links and other relevant facilities where applicable.

Getting Around

Many festival venues will be located within Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and city centre, areas that are well served by public transport. Information about accessible transport options and venue access will be shared ahead of the festival.

We want everyone to be able to take part. We’ll do what we can to support you.

We welcome feedback as we shape this new festival and will do our best to support visitors in accessing and enjoying Birmingham Jewellery Biennial.
